The Role
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos, Nigeria / Remote-friendly
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate urgent issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending cases.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Nigerian languages is an advantage.
- Good phone etiquette and strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or order management tools.
- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred.
